The Challenge
Ankrah F&L needed a way to manage door-to-door freight shipments between the USA and Ghana without relying on spreadsheets and manual coordination across two countries. Existing off-the-shelf freight software didn’t match how the operation actually moved.
What We Built
A full freight management platform covering the entire shipment lifecycle: customer-facing booking and tracking, a driver dashboard for pickup and delivery, and an admin system for managing invoices, containers, and dispatch — all built around the real workflow, not a generic template.
The Outcome
The platform now runs Ankrah F&L’s day-to-day operations end to end, replacing manual coordination with a single connected system — and is shaping into a SaaS product for other West Africa freight forwarders.
